We thought'd we check it out after seeing some decent online reviews so walked over from the centre of town. Clearly the good reviews were from former glory days? We got there at lunchtime and everything was sold out so what was left was not much different to any other bakery. Restaurant was a bit cheerless and empty. Table service was friendly enough.

Gundagai South Public School had a pie drive just recently. I would just like to let you know that was the utmost putrid pie that I have ever eaten. I’ve got an apple pie as well. It tasted like Play-Doh and I may as well just not put any sugar in it at all so yeah overall if I could give it a half a star I would Not even deserve that. Won’t be back and not recommending to anybody In the future.

It's been quiet a while since I have been here and I'm assuming it's under new management.
Management will openly yell at other staff in front of customers, which doesn't present a great atmosphere.

The service is okay, however while taking into account the seemingly toxic environment offered by management, the staff are probably delivering great service considering this.

The food is okay, not great but not bad, nothing to write home about however.

Cheap Wednesdays make it worth a visit, otherwise I probably wouldn't go again.

This used to be a great cafe with great food, variety and great atmosphere. The variety has gone, the cheer has gone, it looks like a ghost cafe compared to it's former glory. Dirty coffee mug and all I wont be back.

What a little gem I was asking to meet up with some of my old work mates who have been going there every week for quite some time I'm glad I did very relaxing atmosphere plus good company looking forward to next week.

Warning to others. READ THE REVIEWS!

I can't really say much as on the day I couldn't find the place. Turns out it is down the lane.

One thing though, parking is hard to get close.
