Just had our Story Dog Conference at STS. Cannot recommend highly enough. Skye Function manager and all the staff excellent. Food amazing facilities excellent. Nothing went wrong and if anything was required it was supplied straight away. A big thank you for helping make our conference a huge success.

Had a group of 14 ladies lunch at the club. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Prices very reasonable, meals sizes generous and service good.

Normally, meals here are good to excellent. Today, the Caesar salad was atrocious. The croutons were rock hard. The bacon was cut into quite large (nowhere near bite size) chunks. The chicken was chewy and hard to cut with a knife cleanly. The lettuce was sparse.
The kitchen needs to actually prepare the food so it is edible and delicious. Not a fight to the death to cut it into reasonable bite size. It seems like the kitchen is cutting corners to get the meals out faster, without adequate preparation. As most cooks know, the meal is 80% preparation (unless it's a steak). I'll be rethinking this as a venue for functions next year unless it improves.

Wonderful place for Melbourne Cup lunch. Excellent choice for mains. My sirloin steak was perfect. The dessert was excellent. Entertainment by guitarist the right entertainment for the audience. Will definitely come back
