If I could leave one star I would!!
Most arrogant lady that should not be dealing with people or families with her abusive conversation and swearing over the phone.
Do not ever leave a thing behind as they will throw it away instead of contacting you.
And don't get me started on the cockroaches and dirty linen.

I feel like even 1 star could be generous here. When I arrived the cabin was filthy. It wasn’t cleaned and it smelt really bad. The mirror and fridge had weird purple stuff all over it. The toilet had diarreah all over it and even over part of the shower door as well as hairs stuck to the toilet seat. I actually cleaned it myself before I even sat on the toilet or even set foot into the shower. There was even dried coffee in a cup that was just turned upside down and put back in the drawer. The beds were like sleeping on concrete and no air conditioning and being able to open the window only a few inches didn’t make any difference. It also wasn’t pleasant being woken up several nights in a row by aggressive people fighting nearby. Definitely absolutely will not be coming here again.

A perfect million dollar view . Great small park with great residents. perfect for short stays or maybe if your family is a little bigger..some larger cabins may become available..just ask sue the parks manager. Great little spot right on the lakes shore line. So I say..ENJOY YOUR VISIT. And just so you no. . the park is under new management which has improved the place alot. Don't doubt it to you try it . And again if you would like a 2 bedroom cabin for a weekend, I. Sure I can arrange it as my place has a massive veranda with a smoker and BBQ as well nice out door furniture and a hammock to relax on in the afternoon sun or for those relaxing afternoon naps.

Never book or pay for a cabin until you have checked it out. We have lost 3 nights accommodation money by paying before we check out these cabins. We booked these 3 nights on line. When arrived the owners had gone away and we were booked in by their caretaker. We paid our money by card then we shown to our cabin. This caravan park has lots of permanent tenants. We walked into the cabin and we both looked at each other and "this place smells gross".and we walked into the bathroom and there was dirt and dust at the back of the toilet. And there were cockroaches running up the wall., and they were inthe kitchen area too. We wdnt back to the office and told the caretaker we can not stay because it was dirty smelt and there were cockroaches, he said he was sorry but he did not have the experience to put a credit back on our card he said the owners would do it ehen they return. Guess what no credit was put through I phoned them to return my call but it nevef happened. We have sent emails to tnese people but they hsve never paid us anything half of $420 would have been nice.

Stayed at caravan park thought it was good soon realised jail is a better option at least it is cleaner, they will take your money and take advantage of you even the permanent residence are fed up with the management do not bring your children here as there is known pedophiles living there permanently, drugs everywhere needles everywhere cockroaches aren't paying rent cabins are not safe or sanitary due to covid regulations, flood hazard when heavy weather is present, fights everyday due to other residence police are there everyday , EMERGENCY ACCOMODATION IS NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUE TO NO TOILET FACILITIES , owners damage residence vehicles due to using maintenance machines AND WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT DAMAGES HAVE BEEN DONE , like they can sweep it under the carpet , owners always drunk as a professional company reviewing accommodations in New South Wales I can not understand why this " PLACE " is still up and running the local junkies and cockroaches gave me more respect then the owners/caretakers at least they scattered when the lights turned on, cabins are completely run down PLEASE READ THIS AND TAKE MY WORD FOR IT PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. THANKYOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS.

Would not stay here again . Our room seemed as though it had not been cleaned , we even found a pair of underwear in the cuboards ! Cockroaches in the bathroom and sheets they did not look fresh at all . Highly would not recommend. If you have to sleep in your car !

It is the worst place I have ever been to!!!! I felt lice crawling on me at night and there was a dead body in my mattress I swear. There was cum stains on the sheets and mattress, and there were pubes all over the toilet seat. It smelt like sweat and there was old blood dried on the pillows!!! I found a rat in the microwave!!! Never stay at this caravan of nightmares because it is awful!!!!

Recently stayed here in a one bedroom and can not describe how revolting the place is!!||Firstly there was blood on the single bed,The smell was so vulgar, No hot water, Bugs & cockroaches everywhere.||As we were down there for a wedding and Wollongong holding an event that weekend everywhere else was booked otherwise we would of gone straight to somewhere else although we did consider sleeping in the car!!||Staff were very rude and uncaring. Have called the health department and hoping no one else has to go through what we did 🙁
