Booking and check in attended with ease, manager professional and engaging. Environment pleasant gardens land pool area lovely, plenty of tables chairs, good barbecue. Room in need of some attention but bed extremely comfortable. Motel under new management and they are currently renovating; what has been renovated is very tasteful.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed. Cocroaches everywhere. Stains in the sink. Light fittings are broken. No WiFi. Smells very badly. Pool was ok. People's were smoking just outside the room and that goes inside the nearby rooms . It should take away from all booking platforms

Worst place to stay. Might be good for who can stay with the cockroaches and lizards around your bed.
Stayed in a Non smoking room and you will wake up with the smell of cigar smoke.

Will never stay or recommend anyone here.

Just needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night - Clean, quiet n well laid out for our stay. We arrived late n check in was still a breeze n no issues.

My family booked 2 Cabins they were very impressed with the Rooms and Cabins they had never seen cabins built this way before which suited our families very well. The easy access to cabins the great rooms and the newly built Rec room for our 11 year old was also a great addition to our long weekend away.
Thank you so much we will be back.

Called this place to book a FAMILY room for the night. I told her I saw it cheaper online, the manager told me well book it online.
Get to the reception.. dead cockroaches on the floor, had to wait 15 minutes just to get some keys. She then told me oh the room you book isn't available so I'll put you in our sister hotel.
Got there.. 2 beds for a family of 5! Smelt like bad BO.
I called her back 17 times to see why she downgraded up for the same price as a villa.
Ended up just driving through.
Now we're trying to get a refund and we have heard 7 different excuses to why she can't process a refund!!
If you call Jana your manager, I would highly suggest looking at firing her and hiring someone whom has more experience, honesty and respect.
7 days later, we are still waiting!!
Highly suggest looking else where!!!

having stayed there many time over the last few years, i feel that the standard has gone downhill. i don't know if it is due to a change in owners or management but it was not as good as my stay in may 2023. whilst there was enough bedding for 4 people, only 3 chairs and 3 mugs were provided.

What a difference . Place looks amazing . Rooms are very clean tidy . Quite and friendly . It's everything all in one . The pool is the highlight also . Big thank you to the new management . Just one thing . They need to pay wages on time . This is the 2nd fortnight I haven't been paid on time. This is the second time I have had to cancel my cancer treatment. This is a life not a bag of garbage .
