Rude service. Came here for lunch in boxing day. Both the guy and girl serving were surly as hell. Asked for one more serviette and you would have thought I had requested her first born child. Not a good experience.

Worst customer service ended up with the comment from employee that” give me your number i will meet you outside”.
To be precise he was on shift at 1600hrs 11/08/2024.
Story goes like this. He had an argument with another customer regarding the closing time when he ordered coffee and he was told that they close at 1600hrs. Fair enough it’s your business if you don’t want to serve do not work at such place especially in food courts in major plaza.
Anyhow, i looked for the closing time on internet and their website as every new person in town does to find place to eat or drink. The website and the google search engine, the closing time is 1730hrs. I was talking to different employee to find out whether it was changed and if the times needed to be updated on search platforms. He interrupted and said “ i am not telling you anything i don’t want to talk with you guys” and obviously the argument started and tried to clarify the time he denied to answer then asked for manager he said he is the manager. Then asked for the owner’c contact to clarify/ make a complain of his actions towards two different customers. His words were “ give me your number, if you are not giving me your number i am not giving you my boss’s number. What can you do”. He followed up with saying” where do you live, meet me outside”.
I mean grow up, if you can’t handle an argument with someone else and take that attitude to other customers, stay home. You are not fit to work.
The reason of this review is to bring this incident to the attention of the owner.
You cannot threaten someone to come outside and ask for their place to live. That lies under the category of threatening ones life and the consequences are not pleasant for both parties.
This need to be taken seriously and act accordingly.
