The food is really good and reasonable prices. Unfortunately the ambience is ruined by extremely loud music which makes it impossible to have a conversation with your dining partner. The music was deafening even out in the street! I understand that people enjoy the entertainment but the club needs to find a way to separate the dining area so people can enjoy their meals in peace

Friendly open and welcoming layout of patrons dining, entertainment,gaming and smoking areas. Average prices for meals but generally have daily specials.
Staff are very friendly I have found. Bingo staff greet you by name which is always a plus

First time visit and really enjoyed having a quick bite to eat.
The young girl when I asked a question was unsure but showed initiative to help with a solution and a smile on her face. It was just refreshing and unexpected from other similar places I visit when asking the younger staff questions.

Came for a dinner and the food looked and tasted great. I always have to try the parmigiana when I go new places and this one was on the better side. Thick chicken breast and everything just tasted fresh.
My mouth waters thinking about my next visit here.
Everything seemed really nicely set out. Not over crowded and clean which makes for a relaxing evening. The entertainment was playing some great tunes that had some ppl dancing the night away.
Looking forward to coming back

Only slight critique, theres a wall that has name of service men and woman on gold plates. It was in a dark corner. And using our phone lights it was reflecting to much and couldn’t read names. Unfortunately we were unable to find my friends grandfathers one.

Las Vegas Show
Unfortunately the car park was full and there were no signs to notify drivers and people were driving in finding no spaces and driving out again.
One of the bar tenders had little or no customer services skills(black painted finger nails). Felt he did not want to be there or interact with customers.
The show was due to start at 7:30 did not start until around 8pm. The show was very good.

So much to like and enjoy but sadly we had to leave early. Food service staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Drink service staff really took there time. Enjoyed chatting to each each other while large lines were created.

We tried to enjoy the meal but sadly it was cut short and we had to go.

Menu quite extensive and prices well. The food quality was quite nice and good flavours.

So why did we leave early? The music! A band was playing which played some decent tunes but the volume was sooooooooo loud. Like excessively loud. Even the quite aged crowd were struggling with it. Having travelling 2.5 hours and staying in town for the night we arranged for a group of friends to meet for dinner and catch up chat and conversation. But we ate, couldn’t talk, cause the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other.

We spoke with a staff member asking if there was a quiet location and she sadly said there wasn’t and agreed the band was extremely loud and more than normal. It kinda wrecked out night and we had to leave finding somewhere quiet to speak but was getting late by this point and ears still ringing we called it quits and left.

Positive side is, on-site free parking. Just good luck getting one.

Relaxed atmosphere, good music, good options for eating & alcohol for Seniors...
Staff that have served me are always happy & cheerful also helpful..
All round a great club to go to anytime of day..You can get a coffee & cake here AFTER 3pm which is rare in Southport..

Food was excellent and ambience was great. The kids play area was lovely too, plenty to keep the little ones occupied for some kids free time.
