Song Hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for those seeking a simple and comfortable stay near the start of Oxford Street. While the rooms are compact, they are clean and well-equipped. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and a pleasant surprise was that the windows could be opened—at least in the garden-facing rooms—which added a nice touch of fresh air and natural light.
There’s no designated car drop-off zone directly out front, but we managed to unload our bags quickly and then parked at a nearby parking station. The hotel offers validated parking for just $25 per 24 hours, which is very reasonable for the area.
We did notice some brief drainage noise from the room above, but it was minimal and didn’t disrupt our stay.
Breakfast was included in the rate, which added even more value. Overall, if you’re after a well-located, budget-friendly place to sleep with a few nice perks, Song Hotel is a great choice.

I stayed at the hotel for one night while attending a company event, and I had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a good night's rest. Even though my stay was short, it was extremely pleasant. The staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Sydney.

Lovely, clean hotel in a great location close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Staff were warm, welcoming and attentive and the buffet breakfast included with the booking was excellent. They even had a separate toaster for coeliacs. The twin room was a little cramped for two people, but if I was travelling alone I would definitely stay here again.

The location is just 5-8minutes walk to Museum station. Therefore, going to Airport is so easy and quick. Receptionists are helpful, nice and accommodating. The room is decent and clean, but my favourite is their breakfast.😊
I highly recommend this hotel. The price is worth it!

From arrival the staff super helpful, friendly and automatic check in very smooth. We had a deluxe queen room that had all that we needed and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and have to say cannot fault this hotel, location was perfect for us too. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday weekend and great cause that this hotel is helping. Will definitely return 🙂

The Song Hotel is in a very convenient location, short walk to the city and minutes away from Museum Station. Comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Always nice having a happy hour! Staff very welcoming and friendly. Would love to stay again!

Room was small but pretty, well designed, clean, has a balcony, windows face the street with views, very quiet at night, king size comfortable bed. Good service, good tasty breakfast. Perfect location, close to everything.
We will be stay in this hotel in the future
