It was easy to find and very convenient to walk to restaurants and beach. Denise was very welcoming. Our room was spacious, bed comfy, lighting could be better for reading in bed. No iron in room but didn’t want to disturb host early in morning. They have thought of most things to make your stay comfy. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and berries. I wasn’t aware of any other option. We will return though as we really enjoyed Woolgoolga.

Amazingly well appointed room with all amenities including umbrellas & binoculars!||Overlooking the sea & beaches for miles, uninterrupted views all the way to the Solitary Islands.||Nothing was a problem for our friendly and helpful host Denise. She made a point of ensuring that we were aware of the local services and attractions.||Breakfast is included in the tariff which is available from a local well regarded restaurant 6 days a week. On Mondays breakfast is a room basket affair which is more than adequate and comprehensive.||We were so impressed we have booked a longer stay in the near future!

Perfect place for my partner and I to celebrate our anniversary. The views from our room was outstanding and it was only a short walk to the beach and the headland. The decor in the rooms were lovely and Denise and John were very accomdating and advises us about what to do around the coast. We were offered a continental breakfast or to have breakfast at Anchor Kitchen and Bar.We chose the restaurant, and I am so happy we did. The breakfast and service was famnomnial,so much so we went back for dinner and to watch the live music. Highly recommended a visit for anyone who is pasting through to check both of theses places out.||Can't wait to return.

Absolutely stunning views of the sea and northern beaches/coastline. Our hosts were very personable and helpful. Rooms spotless and very comfortable bed/ mattress. Fresh local fruit included for breakfast. Short walk around the headland to bush walking tracks as well as down into town for cafes, restaurants, seaside parks, and swimming/surfing beaches. We would have loved to have had the time to stay for several more days.

We had 2 nights and looking for a nice break on our drive back from Sydney going home to Brisbane. Just perfect, great breakfast, views forever and those little touches that make you feel at home. Denise and John are very friendly and helpful with local knowledge, they are happy to assist with anything, we just had to ask. Thanks again for a lovely break. Thanks so much.

Lovely accommodation, fabulous views, generous breakfast, walk to the beach and restaurants - what more could you want! The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. We only had 2 nights here but could easily have stayed a week - on the agenda for next trip!

Recently stayed here overnight on our way to Brisbane. The rooms were perfect with lots of nice touches for a B&B. The location gives outstanding views north from Woolgoola. It is slightly expensive. Would recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay on the coast

We recently visited a friend who moved to Woolgoolga. Lucky for us we discovered ' Solitary Islands Lodge" .A B&B in a great spot close to the centre of Woolgoolga. We were welcomed by Denise and knew straight away that we had found a gem. Delightful and well equipped room. Stunning views from both the room and balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Solitary Islands Lodge and look forward to our next visit.
