Excellent venue! Excellent food! Excellent cocktails! Excellent team!

Went there twice in two nights (one for a concert, both for food and drink), when we normally avoid eating at the same place twice when travelling. True asset to the area!

Only suggestion is to consider security offering water to people at the barrier for concerts, otherwise cannot fault the venue.

AMAZING FOOD - GREAT PRICES
I ordered the lamb salad and they were kind enough to substitute the lamb for chicken.
So much variety and flavours in the salad. Very impressed.
We sat outside as there were 6 of us but the stools were a bit uncomfortable to sit on, so not ideal for older people who need chairs with a back. So when booking, request chairs with backs if you need them.
I do recommend booking if it’s the weekend as they were incredibly busy and it was the middle of winter.
They have gluten free options available and our friends shared a gf chicken pizza and said it was delicious.
If you’re outside, wait for table service as it can take a while to be served at the bar inside.
The toilets were quite cramped, and there were only 2 of them. But clean enough.
Good prices, quick service, fab food. Can’t go wrong.
The chairs and toilets were the only let downs.

Great as a venue for live music, small area for sets, generally pretty good sound system. Better than other spots for clubbing. Average priced drinks.

Saw Jack Raymond tonight at Solbar - great singer songwriter with a strong warm vocals We are already planning to see him again before the end of his February residency . Warm up duo were good entertainment too

Amazing burger for lunch and lunch was all the better for fabulous service by hostess “Sam” who has a great knack of being funny without being cheeky or over familiar, and she went the extra mile to accommodate special requests re the burger.

A great bar to meet up at for food and drinks. Kelsie was our waitress and she was friendly and attentive. There were 6 of us and our meals arrived so quickly and Kelsie could remember who ordered which meal without asking. The food was hot fresh and very tasty. We sat in the outdoor area with bench tables as it was very busy inside. Not a place to go to for a casual intimate evening. There also was a band playing which made having a discussion difficult.
