Solace is a beautiful day spa & the service I received from Liv was amazing. Very happy with my lash lift & tint that lasted so long & just recently had a microdermabrasion facial that left my skin feeling amazing. Liv is very friendly & so knowledgable about all things skin. I have been there a few times now and it is always a wonderful experience. Staff are amazing and are very good at what they do and the whole atmosphere of the salon is very warm and relaxing. I had my brows, lashes and tan done for my wedding in September 2024 and everything was absolutely perfect. Staff knew exactly what would look best for me and I felt so beautiful thanks to them! Couldn’t recommend more!!

Went in for my first eyebrow shaping and oh my!! As soon as I walked in I felt so relaxed and comfortable due to the wellness of the salon setup. The lady who took me which I believe was Mel did an awesome job on my eyebrows super quick and efficient !! definitely coming back xx

Just experiences one of the most relaxing (yet firm and felt like I was have a massage) at Solace by Mel and I can’t begin to say how much I needed exactly that! Followed by a sauna. I am one happy gal - can’t wait to go back and try the float tank and other services!

Attending an appointment with a junior beautician (who shouldn’t have been left on their own). I was hesitant to book with a junior, however, felt everyone starts somewhere and there is no way they would leave her alone if she wasn’t up to the standard the salon has. This therapist, didn’t consult me at all (extremely wild, I have never attended a brow appoint with 0 consultation regarding the desired outcome). She then proceeded to start waxing before tinting, again this was strange to me, as why would you open the pores and then tint? However, I didn’t say anything. During the consultation, a senior member came into the room and told her told her she shouldn’t wax before tinting…. I left the session with blocky AND very thin eyebrows which I have attempted to scrub off as soon as I got home. I have since contacted the salon, they have agreed a consultation should have been had but have blamed me for the outcome. When asked for a refund, I have been with again being told it was my fault AND essentially made to feel like this should have been the outcome I expected when booking with a junior. All I was offered was a free brow appointment should I return (which I will not be).
Do not recommend. No refund was offered despite sending photos over DM and agreeing that the service should have been better. Laughable customer service.

I had the most amazing experience at Solace Skin and Wellness- I had a facial by Mel and it left my face feeling so much more hydrated and healthy. I would highly recommend Mel for your skin care as she is a very experienced beauty therapist.
