Exceptionally rude staff.

I had a support client have hair cut by flipp and she pulled clients hair extremely rough then mocked my client as though she never pulled her hair. My client was left very upset an continually spoken to rude.

I would never enter this salon nor advise anyone to enter for the rude service.
On leaving the staff were talking very loud about my client and the drama they avoid with my clients hair being pulled so she could hear. Absolutely appalling behaviour! These women should all be ashamed of themselves!

Note the salon was told of spinal and neck injury prior to booking and again on entry prior to the cut. My client was still pulled by hair roughly and head was jerked quite violently by this staff member.

Disgusting behaviour!

The best hair dresser I have ever been to, Sarah is just fantastic. All the staff were friendly from the first day I when there. Sarah listened to me (not like my previous hairdresser) about what I wanted and gave me very good advise.
Now to Mr John Smith's advise, sad he felt that he should bring down their rating by posting something that has nothing to do with them or in their control. Shame John Smith shame.

Always an amazing experience at Remy. Amy is so easy going, accommodating and understanding. Amy did a fantastic job cutting my 4 year olds hair and the 2 braids look amazing. And my hair looks amazing. I always feel so amazing walking out and really relaxed. All staff are great such a nice environment to be in as well. Merry Christmas to you all!

Sarah was fantastic with my daughter who has special needs. She was more than happy to make several adjustments to ensure our experience was stress-free. The haircut was awesome too.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive staff and a beautiful, modern, clean salon. Plenty of parking and the staff are always very accommodating and flexible with appointment times/bookings. Great environment for kids too - the staff are patient and understanding.

New to Townsville I was recommended on the Burdell page to go to Remy hair. I managed to get an appointment with Carolynn and couldn't be happier. She did a haircut exactly the way I like my hair to be cut. I will definitely be back as a regular. Highly recommended

Phoned for an impromptu haircut and managed to get an appointment the same day - admittedly after the Christmas rush. Sarah knew about the tricks and pitfalls of curly hair so was great. However (as usual) the scalp massage was my favourite part! If you're looking for a hairdresser, Remy Hair is well worth a visit.

Amazing service by Bec and Jodie! The experience was overall amazing in this salon. Great atmosphere with ladies that make you feel so comfortable and welcomed ☺️
They did a fantastic job with my hair and wouldn't let me leave until they where satisfied. I am absolutely in love with what they did and can't wait to return for my next appointment ?
