We visited Noosa for the first time as a family of four and stayed at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main beach and nearby restaurants. The room was clean, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!

From the moment you step into the hotel, you’ll be blown away. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they’re also polite. The room was amazing, and the one we stayed in had an ocean view. That made the whole experience even better. We also had a great view of the pool area, where we spent two days swimming, ordering cocktails and food from the sunken pool bar. And guess what? Having an EV was a huge plus. Charging was free while we were parked in the parking lot. Being a platinum Accor member was a bonus, but this place really impressed us as a family from the start.

We enjoyed our check in experience with welcoming drinks. Staff (Rosie) looked after us very well.
Our room was very nice. Comfortable with a sofa bed and a queen bed.
Our pool view was very nice.
We were told by reception that our 50% discount (ALL) for meals in the a la carte restaurant applied, but after dining, we were told that it was only a 15% discount, so we hadn’t budgeted for that!
Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay, and intend to return next year.

Hotel is quite outdated and in need of renovation. Quite expensive for the hotel quality.
Was told that the hotel is due to renovate in a few months, which I hope will improve the overall experience.
Service and breakfast needs improvement.
Long waiting times. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned.
Great location and close proximity to Hastings Street.

Our stay at Sofitel Noosa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel like family. While we only stayed overnight for a private function and didn't get a chance to enjoy the various amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and make a longer trip of it next time to enjoy it fully.
Staff were friendly. Loved the turn down service and our in room dining was delicious. Highly recommend

The Hotel is not a 5-star Hotel. This is more a 4-star Kindergarten hotel with an extreme noise especially in the pool area. It is not really possible to get a sun-chair when people coming to the pool 6.30 in the morning to reserve a sun chair for many people. We had reserved a superior guest room with river view, but there was also a significant noise level coming from the bar just below our room. In the room - it was good size but the sofa was so dirty and not cleaned for month probably. The service level was good, breakfast good but also very noisy. The location is very good, but compared to price this Hotel is failing completely. I understand it is school holidays but there is no room for other people. I’m very disappointed and will never use this hotel chain again.

Return visit, first time 2023. Quality and service still at a very high level. All staff we met were helpful, efficient and very friendly. Great location, room and easy parking. Will definitely be back next time in Noosa.
