Friendly valet service was a great first impression, with our car disappearing to the underground parking and our bags disappearing to our room effortlessly. Reception area & bar/bistro very well appointed. Rooms were clean and tidy. Brekky was expensive (buffet $54pp) but great variety. Probably wouldn't purchase as a standalone option again, but in a bed & breakfast option the value might be better. Convenient access to Central Station and various bus stops nearby to reach other areas of the city. Highly recommend!

As usual we generally were very happy with the hotel Especially in the signature sweet and Champagne Provided Call my wife 70th birthday. just two Things disappointed us in this wonderful sweet it was the softness of the mattress and the pillows Which were Exceptionally soft and gave us back end neck problems. The only other item as a suggestion is that additional power point should be provided in the bathroom For phone charging hair dryers etc. We were also slightly disappointed In the change in procedures stroke service in the club room as compared to last time we stayed at the hotel definitely the food available could not compare to our previous stay but generally we enjoyed the visit and would certainly come back another time. thanks for the opportunity to express the above

We loved this place because of the breakfast and customer service. The breakfast is absolute top notch and includes everything! Such a delight.
Gym is nice and has a great view.
The location is right in the city and suitable if you needed to walk from the Roma St Bus Station. You can walk down an escalator and you're right at the train station too.

Such a wonderful stay. Great location. Fabulous team. From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty. Would definitely stay there again. Special mention to Alec who checked me in who went above and beyond with the lovely goodies in my room . He asked what was the reason for the trip and I explained it was to spend time with a very sick girlfriend in hospital. His beautiful note made me cry.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very welcoming as always. It was also great to see familiar faces, including Mark (doorman). We always love staying at this property given its great location and spaces. Service is always outstanding as well although breakfast service was spotty this time round. Never was approached for coffee order but thankfully had gone for a walk to a nearby cafe for a fix earlier.

Great Service and Excellent Location. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to give a special mention to two staff who made my experience even better. Lulu at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful during check-in. Additionally, Kelly from the guest experience team went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. Their outstanding service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel!

First time staying in the centre of Brisbane and needed ease of access to Train station. We were on the 27th floor and did not hear anything. Great location to Queen St Mall, lovely pool and spa area. Room was very clean and very large size. Staff were very helpful & buffet breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and tasted beautiful. Overall a great stay.

My stay at Sofitel Brisbane Central was exceptional! A pleasant surprise upgrade set the tone for a wonderful holiday. The staff were incredibly attentive, cleaning the room daily even without the "clean my room" sign, a level of service that didn’t go unnoticed. The complimentary chocolates were a delightful treat, adding a special touch to the experience.

The floor was so quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The location couldn’t be better, ideal for visitors, with easy access to trains, buses, and plenty of walkable attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of comfort, convenience, and care. Highly recommend!
