An incredibly relaxing and reinvigorating experience.
I went with my two adult children for some family bonding and relaxation after a very emotional few days. It was such a calm, safe space for us to relax in, and the variety of different temperatures and magnesium was a great benefit to our tired bodies. A lovely choice of teas and plenty of other beverages available to help stay hydrated.
We will definitely be back, and likely purchasing gift vouchers for Christmas!

(The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the very loud and boisterous group of twenty-somethings who came in the amenities room as we were changing and leaving. We were beautifully calm and relaxed after our visit, and the groups lack of awareness and rambunctious behaviour disturbed the calm we had worked hard to achieve)

This bathhouse is so good!!! It’s extremely well priced, especially for early bird sessions, and even having been on a Saturday it wasn’t too busy. The pools, sauna and steam room are gorgeous. Great ice bath too. The complimentary tea is a lovely touch

My partner and I enjoyed a Soak Session here while on holiday in Brisbane as our anniversary treat. The girl at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the facilities were top notch. The only downside is that there are no separate showers and changing rooms for females/males. They are all down one corridor so when you walk out of the shower, there is a queue of people waiting for their turn, same with the changing rooms. Other than that, we would definitely visit again. It was the perfect way to end our little get away.

For what you pay you get a lot, time wise and facilities.

Yes you do share with others but I think in all it’s a great facility. We are regulars and enjoy our time at soak.

If you’re after less people definitely go after 8pm, the staff are welcoming and great.

The whole experience was great! It was relaxing and fun at the same time. The facilities are very clean and inviting. The staff are so nice and friendly. The ambiance is peaceful and the price is also good. The drinks were very nice and overall an excellent visit.

Very minor cons were that the business is promoting cashless transactions only but then stings with card fees. ( There isn't any other option offered!) It was difficult to get a team member on the phone as the service number appears to be a mobile and the hang up message does not allow you to leave a voice mail.

These are very minor and has no effect on the experience but worth noting as part of an honest review!

Beautiful place with beautiful staff.
Had the best day out with my Mum as we were given gift vouchers for Christmas. We did the infrared sauna and essentials soak package, just felt like the most luxurious and pampered day! Every part of it was calm and relaxing, enjoyed some yummy drinks and treats too as a part of it all.
Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend.

Overall, my experience at this beautiful place was quite pleasant. After a long charity walk, it served as a much-needed retreat. Despite the Saturday night rush feeling crowded, the ambiance was lovely, though it did feel a bit awkward at times with couples being overly affectionate nearby. Despite our package having 2 drinks included we were only offered the one. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the place were commendable. I look forward to returning during the daytime to explore more of the facilities.

Had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rochelle as my massage therapist. Rochelle was amazing, super professional and friendly. The massage was very comfortable, Rochelle accommodated my every need and we targeted all the areas I had asked for. I also liked that I didn’t leave the massage super oily - I’ve been to places where I leave kind of sticky still, perhaps as a result of the type and amount of oil used?

The only thing I’d change is if the room was a bit more fragrant and smelt a big stronger of essential oils. The room was fine, it had no smell or anything. I’m not sure if it’s because the location is kind of open, sharing space with the bathhouse, but I missed the atmosphere part of the experience and of it smelling like your usual herby etc kind of ambience. The oils didn’t smell like much either on my skin and it would’ve been nice to have that part of the massage covered. It’s really personal preference. Despite this, I still highly recommend!
