I had the most wonderful and transformative experience with Sharon and Kelly. 60 min skiers massage and 30 min facial was simply sublime.All my friends commented on my glowing skin afterward! Hair treatment and blow dry was the cherry on top. Highly recommended, book it ladies.

We had the absolute best experience here with massages, warm magnesium baths, cold ice plunges, facials and sauna. The location is excellent and the service was second to none.
We were welcomed so warmly, offered amazing treatments and learnt so much about recovery and how to massage. They were so flexible as well and changed the times for us - twice!
To say they went above and beyond is an understatement.
Highly recommend to anyone considering. You will not regret it and will come out feeling so much better.

The. Best. Experience. EVER. These guys are professional, generous and so good at what they do. The scalp massage with Luke was awesome. I had a beautiful facial with Sharon that was the best I’ve ever had and Mackenzie’s shampoo and blow dry almost put me to sleep - so relaxing. I spoilt myself with one treatment for my birthday and walked out of there after the complete treatment! I stepped out of there like a new person. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you team. You are the best. ? I’ll definitely be back. Ps. I took a couple of sneaky pics because the rooms are so so beautiful.

This is without a doubt the best spa I've been to. The staff are amazing, accommodating, friendly, professional. The Skiiers Relief massage is the only reason I am capable on the snow. The new Recovery Suite is brilliant! Infrared sauna, ice bath, hot tub, vichy shower. I make sure I book at least two months in advance to make sure I can get in - missing out is not an option. I have never felt so spoilt as when I'm visiting this fabulous spa. Thank you Sharon and team!

A great facility with very knowledgeable and generous staff. The infrared sauna and ice bath (zero degrees!!) was great. We also used the dynamic air compression boots which made my legs feel great for days!!

Was my first time at Mountain Spa Perisha today.
Absolutely great service, clean and elegant facilities and nice variety of treatments.

Sharon was really friendly and helpful.
Received some good advice on things I need to do to better recover from training.

Highly recommend giving them a visit.

What a seriously wonderful experience from Sharron and Mackenzie - Facial and massage with hair wash and dry. I feel great and skin is glowing. Such a nurturing, calm, relaxing environment to be pampered with great products and the gorgeous girls. Thanks so much for such a wonderful birthday experience. I spent the afternoon with Sharon at her lovely spa yesterday. Started with a sauna ... warm as toast after that. Then a wonderful full body salt scrub. My skin was so dry and itchy and this vigorous scrub made it feel tingly and alive. Then finished with the microderm facial. The massage bed was like being in a blissful little cocoon and the treatment was gentle and so effective. My skin is glowing today. Thank you Sharon. My whole experience was perfect.
