Worst motel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, old, broken taps and soap dispenser in the shower. Tiny bathroom. The whole room smells. Dial snapped off the heater so it's either on high or turned off at the switch. Enough hair in the shower and on the carpets to make a wig. |Paper thin walls and I'm currently laying here listening to a group of loud obnoxious drunk people in a nearby room or verandah swearing, laughing and just generally keeping my whole family awake. |Never again will we stay here.

Don’t stay here! The bed was so hard that sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! With inconsiderate guests coming in at 3am after a boozy evening to the kids running up and down outside the room at 6am with parents not giving a toss about who they woke up! Got 4 hours sleep which is not great when you’re driving all day.|The rooms were shabby and dated. I’ve stayed in a lot of motor inns and this one is one of the worst!

The photos on the website are not what we experienced in this hotel room.
We dealt with a very poor family room and a bed that was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The room was old with a musky smell and stains on the mattress and surroundings. Very unpleasant when we were charged a family room for $500 a night prior to a week in advance. Stayed here in July 2024.

For the price this is a good value motel. Definitely dated however their soft product was very good. Everything worked; beds comfortable - good quality linen as well as tea coffee, toaster and fridge. Really couldn't complain, would stay there again.

Cosy rooms, heater provided. Tea/coffee & kettle provided.
Not bad for a stay when visiting snowy mountains.

Stayed for one night and it wasn't bad. Spacious room, comfy bed, heater worked really well, really nice linen and the shower had instant hot water. What annoyed me was that there was no microwave or plates. To me, a microwave is an essential in a motel room and to not provide one so that people have to use your restaurant is just low. Would have given a 5 star if it had a microwave and some plates and cutlery

Bit of a poor experience. We booked 2 rooms for a family group of 7 including a toddler, for July snow trip, 6months in advance and so got good rates. When we showed up, the wifi was not working, our room had a leaky sink and the radiator worked in mysterious ways.
The staff don’t speak english, and when I raised the leaky faucet issue as well as the no wifi issue and asked for some sort of compensation or discount, the reason given to me was that ‘you got good rates’. The concept of us booking in advance and the rates we got not having anything to do with their service commitments seemed to be too alien for them to grasp.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
