Kelly Changed the description of my hair cut to justify charging $35.00 more after an agreed price. Decent cut, but don't go unless you like being lied to and robbed. Kelly this would have hurt less if you hadn't demanded more money after I told you I'm homeless. You should be ashamed, and here is the price of your greed.

Girls at Smarty’s managed to fit me in with only one day notice.
Kelly was taking care of my hair and did an excellent job! She exceeded my expectations and i was beyond satisfied with the result. Will definitely be coming back for touch ups soon🤍

FINALLY found a hairdresser in Toowoomba that can do long, thick, layered hair. After having a not-so-great cut at another salon, it's such a relief to find Kelly who did an AMAZING job on my hair. THANK YOU!!

I won't go anywhere else. Bec is incredible and also honest. I have difficult hair and she won't do a service if she knows it won't work. I'm always excited for my appointment and always so happy with the results.
Ash cuts my toddlers hair and does an amazing job. She has so much patience and works quickly before the tantrums kick in!

I always feel very welcome when I go to Smarty’s.
Ash has been doing my hair for nearly a year, she is awesome. Ash listens to me, I mean really listens. She then addresses my concerns and makes suggestions to help me get the style I want. I have very bad arthritis in my hands, Ash suggested a style that is easy for me to maintain and more importantly to keep how I want my hair to look.
