Fantastic Service, Friendly and Welcoming staff. Emma has certainly achieved a Warm and friendly environment. It has been worth every penny since singing up as a member.

Loved our time here. It was a great experience for my partner and I who are both focused on our health. We both left feeling relaxed and restored. We tried the salt room and lympthatic drainage. Was a great recovery session! Staff was lovely and very helpful. We'll be back 🙂

My mum and I attended Smart Recovery and Wellness for some salt therapy. Emma welcomed us and was very personable. She explained what we were going in to have and explained the history of salt therapy and some of its uses. The salt room was very clean and very relaxing with very comfortable chairs that could even give you a massage if you wanted them too. There were lockers to pop your belongings in. After Emma showed us around at some of the other services that they offered. All round it was a very pleasant experience and a very homely and welcoming place to visit. Thank you Emma (and your husband, I am sorry I forgot his name) for creating such a lovely space.

I absolutely love everything about Smart Recovery and Wellness! The team are so welcoming and supportive and I love their proactive approach to health. It’s hard to pick but my favourite services are the salt room, body roll and sauna. I always leave feeling refreshed and energised. It’s a little oasis!
