Finally got here and so worth the wait. Brilliants Gary and Merrill looked after us so well. Gary's knowledge of the cosmos was enlightening to us mere mortals. Despite the cool winter night, it so worthwhile listening and observing. The B&B part was brilliant; really nicely done accomm and the mushrooms, although not quite magical, they were a taste sensation. A very enjoyable cooked breakfast to see us on our way. Thank you both so much!

The rooms were comfortable and well located in a lovely bush setting. Happy to give it 5 stars on the understanding it's not competing with the London Savoy. A great place to spend 2 nights, with fine breakfasts - as good as any BnB run by a lovely couple could provide.

The night-time experience was wonderful.
In the planetarium - interesting & immersive (short) movies about diverse subjects (native Australian astronomy, fractals, the universe).
Then, amazing views of galaxies and planets, esp Jupiter & Saturn, thru a 15" telescope.
Relaxing, educational, and fun!

Beautiful, spacious rooms for a short or extended stays. The breakfast was great and the hosts, Merril and Garry were wonderful.

Try to go during new moon between March and October to enjoy the most amazing Milky Way show.

Garry also gives you a tour and a look at the stars at night via their telescope.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It was a fantastic experience. We went at a time when the weather wasn't the most ideal and stayed one night, even then, they were very accommodating, making sure that we can make the most of the time we had here.

The planetarium was incredible, very calming and informative and fun! We learnt about things inside and outside of the standard textbook, for example, sir Jagadish Chandra Bose, never heard of him, but hey, the more you know the merrier, right? Haha

star gazing was very eye opening and highly recommended. You must experience it yourself!

Finally, the breakfast with Merril and Gary was enjoyable and lovely! We had a insightful discussion about visual art with Merril. They are very wise and respectable people. Definitely going to visit again!

The hosts Gary and Merril were delightful and helpful in helping us get settled. Gary took me for a tour of the stars, looking through telescopes. The beds and facilities provided were very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was deliciously prepared by Merril. Highly recommend!

Most reviews are about the friendly nature of the hosts but neglect to mention the run down accomodation. Don't even think about the mini golf. It hasn't been tended to in years by the looks of things.
Telescope tour was great.

Great place to stay, Merril and Gary are the perfect hosts, and there's not much that Gary doesn't know able astronomy. It's a shame we arrived there late, because we missed out on seeing the stars through the 40" telescope, nonetheless we did get to use the 12" one at the domestay, which was still amazing.
