Absolutely superb. The staff looked after us really well and went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place high enough.

Apartments equipped with everything you need and you're right oh the water with access to hotel kayaks. Great swimming pool in the hotel, including a hot spa!!

About a 30 minute walk into Hastings street or there are regular buses to get you around.

Thoroughly dissatisfied given pricing & supposed 5-star
1. Lack of ventilation
Only 4 windows in entire unit stay open.
-master bathroom x1
-laundry x1
-guest toilet x1
-guest room x1

No other windows stayed open.
Very few opened at all. Lock mechanisms rusty/ dirty, seized shut.

Tall sash window beside entrance door stayed open few minutes, then fell shut!!!
Glass pane cracked, glass shards fallen all around floor.
Major safety hazard!!!

Main entrance door - No lock on security screen door

No exhaust fans in bathrooms or kitchen

Extremely uncomfortable/ dissatisfying riverside stay without basic ventilation.

2. General Cleanness - photos attached
Appalling lack of cleanness/ attention to detail.
Rust/ dirt/ wear marks - windows/ door tracks, bathtub, cupboards

Master bathroom mirror in poor state

Given state of unit we will NOT return OR recommend this establishment.
Even a 3 star hotel would be cleaner!

We had the best of times this Easter at the resort! The managers were super friendly and made us feel like home as soon as we arrived. Its location is perfect and within walking distance to all shops and main beach. It also has unforgettable river sight and impressive pool view. It's definitely one of the best places we ever stayed in Noosa and we will go back again for our next holiday. Can't wait to see you again Leanne and James and thank you so much for everything!

We absolutely loved Skippers Cove. The location was brilliant, right on the river front with heaps of sand so you can park up there for the day.

We had a pool room, and with 2 kids it was fantastic. The pools and spa were fantastic, well maintained. The tennis court got a huge workout and there was sand toys to borrow too.

The hosts we really helpful, and very friendly.

We will make sure to return here again as we could not fault our trip.

We stayed here over NY with my two young kids and loved the accomodation. They’re very accomodating to families and the lagoon pools were great for our kids (1.5 years and 3years) they were able to splash around in the shallows and play with other kids from the resort. The resort was very quiet which was great too.

We stayed at Skippers Cove for 11 nights in apartment number 25 (poolside) which was perfect for us with kids aged 7 and 5. We loved that this apartment was tucked just off to the side and a bit more secluded and quiet then the other apartments. |Our lounge looked out to a courtyard/garden and had direct access to the pool area via a pool gate. |The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and contained everything we needed, we were even able to cook some basic meals throughout our stay, which is a huge advantage when your holidaying with tired kids. |Hosts Leanne and James were lovely, friendly people who were very attentive and quick to address some minor maintenance issues that we mentioned during our stay. |We also loved that the canoes are free to borrow, as is the equipment for the half tennis court. |Overall, a fantastic family friendly resort. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. ||

A year late (remembered as we are booking here again!) but wanted to share our experience. James & Leanne are so accommodating and helpful! We stayed in late March 2022 for 5 nights in a beachfront 3 bedroom (ground floor - the only way to go!) - it was AMAZING! The views, the direct beach access (so fab for kids, as we could sit on the deck and relax while they played), free kayaks, pool (x2), location, everything! The apartment itself is huge and had absolutely everything we could want or need for an extended stay! I did a LOT of research before staying here, I knew I wanted absolute beachfront in this area, and the other places I looked at didn't compare (many didn't even have aircon!). ||My partner also surprised the kid and walked into Noosaville, hired a boat for a few hours and drove the boat to the dock out the front of our place to collect us 🙂 ||My daughter still talks about it (and the friend she made in the other waterfront apartment) and we have just booked here again for easter holidays - do it, you will not regret it!
