This facial shop is run by Koreans and is very clean and tidy. They are very professional and friendly. There are many different packages to suit the needs of the guests. Moreover, the prices are relatively reasonable, so I chose this shop. The first time I chose the ordinary Sensitive Treatment. After experiencing the first facial treatment, I became a member and enjoyed the member discounts! I am very satisfied and would like to recommend it to other female friends.

Went with my mum and both of us had a really nice first time visit experience. The facial specialist was very warm, friendly and professional. Ara, explained well the skin assessment and provided useful tips and recommendations. The facial itself was extensive, relaxing and overall a great service. The whole set-up was also clean and well thought out. Would love to come back again!

All therapists are the best of the best! My experience with Skin story is always comfortable and relaxing.
On my first visit, the therapist checked up my skin and advised the facial treatment to target my specific skin, and then I have got acne treatment once a week for a month. My skin is glower than before! I cannot wait for the next visit. Highly recommend!

I visited SkinStory today for a facial analysis and treatment - it was great. Ara and everyone I spoke with were very kind and friendly, and the skin treatment was great! I'm so happy that my friend recommended me this place. Been to a few facial services but nothing to satisfactory except this one. Much better services and facial treatments. Sarang & Stella are experienced skin therapist, happy with their service that I became a member straight after 1st visit.
