We stay here everytime we come to Lismore.
Fabulous rooms, with everything you need. Carol is very friendly and if there is anything you need, always more than helpful.

My first impression did not change. This place was awful. It’s a brick monstrosity and feels unwelcoming. ||The rooms have no windows and no fresh air. The door did not lock. The blockout curtain along the sliding glass door doesn’t cut out the light coming in from the aisle so the room remains bright until the night lights time out. |The bed was comfortable but the hard wedge pillow was dreadful. ||I wouldn’t have stayed except it was pre-booked for us. |

This motel is an absolute gem. What sets this place apart from other motels I've stayed at is the owner. Not only is she friendly and down to earth, but she is also great with her local knowledge of the area.
The Sisley to me was deceptive upon arrival, as it looked small from the front, but what it lacks in width it makes up for in height.
As for the rooms themselves, they are a bit dated as some have mentioned, but they're absolutely spotless and well kept, the beds are so comfortable as well. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and perfectly cooked. I have already put this place into my favorites, and will be using it as my go to destination when in Lismore on my next trip.

We went to Lismore for the 2010 New Year Festivities. We had stayed in Byron previous years but found it very expensive and difficult to travel. So we got a room at the Sisley. What a great choice. Our host was amazing. Our car had troubles and she offered us hers -- that's the kind of service you can expect. Very comfortable rooms only minutes from the center of Lismore. We had a great time!

When my husband and i arrived today, we where greated with a beautiful, friendly owner. Her name is Carol. Carol is very welcoming and wonderful. Definitely do your self a favour and stay here. It's clean and very comfortable.

Was a wonderful stay. Carol the hotelier always had a smile and was so accomodating, making our team feel very welcomed. Nothing was ever too much for her. I highly recommend here and will definately return if i have to go to Lismore again.

I feel compelled to tell you about this place. Yes it is a motel and yes it has aged but it is clean, quiet and warm... the best part is the host, she is just so so helpful and nothing is to much effort. Well done

One of the best, warm 5star rooms I have stayed it. The service was excellent as was the fantastic breakfast. Carol was the perfect hostess. I would recommend this Motel to anyone
