This place has to be the worst massage place in the world I came while my wife was doing her hair at the shop next door and all I asked for was a lower back and leg massage as its been a little sore from the gym as was suppose to be a 40min massage but it was only 30. The lady put a towel over my back and then used another towel to massage my back I couldn’t feel anything because the two layers of the towels also only asked for a back and leg massage and all of a sudden I’m getting a head,arms and shoulder massage that I didn’t even ask for! Over priced aswell and just a waste of money, strongly recommend people to go elsewhere

Had a massage today whole body with stones aswell it was amazing I had the male he was good I feel so relaxed now I knew I was sore but didn't realise till I started massage now I'm feeling great looking forward

The lady I had was really weak and tried to make conversation during my massage so I couldn’t relax. Not to mention the other employee massaging the person next to me kept trying to upsell by introducing other services and the client just sounded really annoyed. I miss the old owner and employees who actually knew how to massage. The person at the reception was just in his phone and didn’t really bother to greet me when I got there. Overall poor service.

Went in for reflexology and definitely was not, was more of a foot rub and the lady kept falling asleep. Also had a massage that was very vigorous with pinching and pain even though she could see me tensing up and clearly hurt she kept doing it. And not one did she ask what my target areas were or if the pressure was ok. As a beauty therapist myself this service was very poor painful and left in more pain

Dishonest and liar and non Australian behaviour.I booked at 5 pm for a facial in the morning by telephone. When I went there at 4.55 pm but the reception told me no booking and advised that they don’t do facial at 5 pm instead she offered me massage. She was rude and this is first time in Australia I have this experience.She lied. I just walked out.They should be trained the Australian manner, courtesy, honesty and etiquette before having a license to operate. They are defaming the country and community they belongs to.

My go to place for recovery. Massage is always on point. Without a doubt they will find all your knots. Cupping is a must to get here too. Very relaxing
