Amazing people and lovely venue, big or small events, Sue can support you at all levels. Beautiful music and some fantastic artwork there as well. Definitely recommended to check out the place and the events held here.

We had a tiny weekday wedding at Sinclair's on a rainy week, after a rainy month. Suffice to say there was a lot of water about the place! But despite the need for umbrellas, sturdy footwear and warm coats, the little forest area our ceremony was held in looked absolutely magical in the rain and overcast skies.

Sue and Sean are truly lovely to deal with. Their eco sensitivity with their property gifted us with a soaring candlebark forest that comes alive with the sound of birds and other wildlife. You feel like you're out camping yet really, Magill is like only 15 minutes away!

Sue handles the logistics and planning and has a cheerful, loud and fun personality. Communications were prompt and almost every little tweak or request, including the several times we were late getting there, were accommodated with good grace. Sean was amazing, filling in potholes caused by the incessant rain and trying his best to divert the little brook that had suddenly appeared as a result of their overflowing dam. And Hunter is just a bundle of love.

It's really important to note that this isn't a posh commercial winery that are a dime a dozen in the usual popular areas. It's a labour of love, with a conservation focus, and expectations need to be adjusted accordingly. What attracted us is the wildness of the place and we saw Sue and Sean more as boutique winemakers and conservationists who happen to have a really lovely, unique and accessible setting for weddings.

Which brings me to why this isn't a 5 star rating even though we have zero regrets. A five star rating means there is nothing to improve. Yes, things could be made more schmick, facilities could be less rustic, service could be less casual. But that's not the vibe they're going for I think, and what you see is what you'll get. Lovely people who are passionate about their land and conservation, with a generosity of spirit, and a little enchanted forest. I'd give 5 stars just for that, however reviews are for helping people make informed choices, so here it is.

This is a really nice place to visit, so relaxing. We have been here to see a few different bands play. It's great to see the black cockatoos flying through the trees and the wine they make is very nice.

Stunning location set in bushland in the Adelaide Hills.

The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable, producing a number of wines from grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills as well as the McLaren Flat region.

We particularly enjoyed the Grumpy(er) Old Bastard and ended up buying a couple of bottles to take home with us.

They are also available as a wedding venue and have live music at times during the summer months.

A wonderful place for our wedding and is well suited to any event. The staff are great at helping organise stuff, have plenty of contacts for photography, catering, entertainment and celebrants. You also can't deny having the cutest dog, hunter, is a bonus.

Nice owners and a good setting but they really need to tidy the place up ,give it some love - it feels like someone’s private yard.

Great bush venue, come to taste some wine and grab a seat and relax under some gum trees too. Also has concerts durinf fringe or adelaide festival season.

Very nice, older style winery. We visited on the Fringe and so enjoyed an afternoon of wine tasting and listening to live music.
