Vee and the other ladies always provide a great service. I've been a regular client and will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone visiting Cairns. Far better than going into Cairns Central (Vee has one there, but I don't like big shopping malls, personally)
I'm always patient, and especially when they're training new staff, it's easy to think they didn't do as well as expected. Have not seen anyone walk out looking unhappy, and instead of writing a bad review, perhaps you might ask if the staff member was 'in training'.
One can also book a birthday party for children.
Finally, Vee also does my lash extensions, and I'm always happy with the results.

Booked in for a gel/shape on my natural nails and pedicure. Worst pedicure I’ve experienced, the lady who was doing my nails jumped from me to another lady who walked in that is poor service I’ve never had that happen in a nail salon leaving my nails half way. The young female didn’t know how cut my toes nails, didn’t know what she was doing, paid $40 for a spa pedicure to not have the spa. Do not recommend at all. Unenjoyable experience when it’s meant to be relaxing and waste of money. Will not be going back or recommending to others.

Great place to take my wife for a treat. Owner and staff are amazing and my wife loves going there. They do your finger nails and toes. Relax in their luxury massage chairs while you get leg rub and pedicure. Professional nails done and also eyelash extensions. They have started doing body massages as well. Great option for girls day out as they do parties for adults as well as young princesses.

When I found out that they have the viral head spa I HAD to try it! And oh my goodness it was the most relaxing experience of my life- very friendly, relaxing and accomodating staff! Def will be a regular head spa customer! Thank you again 🧡

I always recommend this salon to anyone I can as they have excellent and professional service, very reasonable prices and a beautiful space. Have been going for years and I've only ever had a great experience every single time.
