The apartment was huge, but it wasn't cleaned properly. There was coffee left out that someone bought from a store. Opened milk and drinks in the fridge, as though the management used the apartment for their tea breaks or something, and forgot to clean up. Water was over the toilet seats and it just didn't seem like it was professionally cleaned. The view was lovely though. There was a laundry, too, and a very spacious main bedroom and another moderately sized second bedroom, with two single beds that could slide together if need be. The pool looked clean, although I didn't go in it. I would recommend this place, but would make sure it was cleaned and sanitised properly, next time.

Me and my partner stayed here for 6 nights 🙂 Good value for the money we paid, however we were not happy with the room that we originally got mainly due to the smell, especially in the main room we didn't even want to sleep in it. We went to the reception to talk about this and the manager was really nice and understanding. He gave us an upgrade to another room which was so much better! Customer service was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed. The biggest downfall would be that the motel is in urgent need of redecoration or renovation, as it is so outdated and old 🙁 Overall, we really enjoyed the riverside views, the pool and the location was also perfect being close to the beach, tram station, shopping and restaurants!

Stayed in the Superior 3 bedroom apartment with my friend and his family for 3 nights and must say we were very impressed and happy with the stay. The apartment was clean and modern, beds were really comfy, and the pool facility was top notch. Spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony looking out to the water and mountains. $350 a night wasn’t cheap but reasonable considering it was the school holidays. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a nice view. Apartment is spacious however the rooms and furniture are outdated. Doesn't smell very good. Apartment was very basic but cannot complain much for what you pay. Spent almost a week. Nothing is provided except for tea/coffee (No milk). All the kitchen appliances are available. Pool/Spa avaialable. Free Parking.

Nice and clean 2 bed apartment we stayed in was facing towards the river so had beautiful views. Very convenient location as the beach and tram station were a short 5 minutes walk away. Also, we loved the pool and spa area.

The management are courteous smiling and happy..the apartment was superb with sensational veiws...location to everything is superb! The pool and spa facilties are spotless and looking down the Nerang river whilst enjoying a bbq,game of tennis or swim is totally amazing..we throughly recommend Silverton apartments for your next Gold Coast holiday

From the apartment you can enjoy very beautiful water views. My family and I really like the pool area which is like a little paradise. We spent a lot of wonderful time there. The property manager and staff are very friendly and responsible. We will definitely stay there again!
