I recently stayed at this quiet and convenient hotel near Sydney International Airport, and my experience was fantastic. It seems there’s been a recent change in ownership, and they are clearly focused on improving the guest experience—something that wasn’t always the case, according to older reviews.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were welcoming and incredibly helpful. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a very inviting atmosphere. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a small desk or table next to the couch in rooms that don't currently have one. This would enhance both comfort and convenience, especially for those needing a bit of extra workspace.

Overall, my stay was excellent, and I’m confident the positive changes will make this hotel an even better option for travelers in the future. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.
Nicole in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful.
The rooms were comfy and quite clean, a few things need a little maintenance, but easy to the airport.

Stayed 1 night at the hotel before leaving on a short overseas trip. The staff were excellent and helpful, the rooms are very clean and fresh, the position is perfect for the airport and a walk along the river. The rates are very good for an airport hotel. We left our car there for 7 days undercover which was very convenient and the complimentary shuttle was perfect both ways. Thank you CKS

The place is only a 5-10minute drive from the international terminal so it's very convenient and its also open at late hours for those who arrive in Sydney late. We arrived in Sydney at 11 not knowing the airports close so we didn't book a hotel so it was pretty last minute but we were able to find this place and they quickly offered a room for us for a reasonable price. The room was pretty big and well. We highly recommend them if you wait more than 5hours for a connect flight.

I recently stayed at Hotel CKS Sydney, and while my experience with the staff was overall positive, I did witness some concerning behavior that I feel management should address. The team members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, particularly the staff at breakfast who double-checked our reservations and made us feel welcome.

However, during breakfast, I saw one of the staff members receive verbal criticism from a chef in front of guests, which seemed unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone. The staff member was doing an excellent job of managing a busy place on their own, clearing tables and assisting guests, while the chef appeared disengaged with the buffet, which was running low on food.

I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and considers improving the work environment to support their hardworking employees. Rude behavior has no place in the workplace, especially when the other staffs is making an effort to provide a great experience for guests.

Unfriendly welcome greeted by officious receptionist "Name" room noisy curtains and carpet badly stained. Would hate to run a blue light over that... location convenient bed comfy and different helpful receptionist on checkout. Old rusty coil from mattress sticking out right where you would swing your legs out. Could not recommend

Stayed here as an overnight because we had to be at international airport very early. Not quite as close to the domestic terminal as we thought. But a very short drive to international. Clean and comfortable. A good night's sleep to punctuate a lengthy trip. Easy check-in and check-out. And easy for the Uber driver to find.

We had lovely stay at this hotel. The stuff was very friendly and we did check in within few minutes.
Only 5-10 minutes from the international airport and the whole area is very beautiful.
There is everything what needed.
Highly recommended for one night or for more days. It’s worth it!
