I can only describe my stay here as perfect. I had an incredibly busy schedule, with 2 full-day activities booked in my 2-night stay, arriving after midnight on the first day. This timetable does not fit well with the reception times for check-in and check-out, but after communicating my situation to the staff they easily offered me options to make it work, even keeping my luggage after the check-out. Here, let me specifically cite the manager Shannon, whose attention I can only qualify as delightful.|The rooms were large and comfortable offering all the expected amenities and prepared to keep you safe in such a tropical and wildlife-vibrant environment.|Regarding the location, for me it is also perfect, right in the middle of Port Douglas, with many restaurants and grocery stores just some steps away, and the marina where you board the boats to explore the Great Barrier Reef is just 10-15 minutes by walking. Oh, and the 4-mile beach is also minutes away. So amazing!|This property will be first on my list for my next stay at Port Douglas.

Great location - just off the centre of the main street, so everything is in walking distance. The rooms were a good size, we had adjoining rooms with another couple (friends) so we could have our own space but also come together in the living area with a comfy lounge and dining area. The patio was spacious and all the furniture looks to have been recently updated. The bed was comfy. The bathroom could probably use an upgrade but is still in good condition. The hotel includes a heated pool and spa, seating and bbq in the common areas. The only thing I would have liked was an opportunity to have fresh bath and pool towels during our week stay.

Awesome location - right off the cetre of main street. Close walk to beach, foreshore park and marina. Lots of choice of cafes and restaurants only steps away. Unit was older style but furniture very new. Had everything we needed for our week's stay. Very comfortable - with a good outdoor patio space and plentiful space indoors. Adjoining rooms gave us our own space as well as time to enjoy together in the living area. Bathrooms could do with an update and air conditioner adequate. Pool area nice with BBQ and seating available to use. We enjoyed our week here and will return again.

One bedroom apartment was roomy, furniture light and bright , bathroom a generous size . Our balcony overlooked development site which was a bit noisy during the day but no fault of the property itself . TV was broken , staff were quick to replace it with an older model that only had a few channels , not ideal but appreciated the gesture . A/C was blowing out dust which landed on bed so probably needs a service . Location is great, close to everything so car not really needed. Pool was nice and area around it small but accommodating . Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again .

Perfect location, no more than a 7 minute walk to 4 mile beach & the Court House hotel on the main street.|Our room was air-conditioned with ceiling fans, a kitchen, dining/lounge and an ensuite bathroom.|There's a heated pool , about 10 meters by 2 metres, which is perfect for an evening dip. There are only 6 sunlounges, but with only 12 appartments we were always able to get one. A BBQ is just outside the pool area should you wish. The beds are big and firm, about my only concern would be the pillows were too hard. Problem solved next morning though with a 5 minute walk to Kmart and an outlay of $5.00 to get a couple of softer ones. The most outstanding part of staying here though are the staff. For Shannon, our reception manager, Nothing is too much trouble. Shannon is a font of knowledge about Port Douglas and helped us plan trips, what to do and what to avoid. Shannon, thank you.|Adults only is a big plus for us. So this is not the place for you if you have children.|If you don't have a car, this is such a great location you don't need one, however there is parking available underneath the hotel. My only warning is that it is very cosy and I doubt you'd be able to manoeuvre a 4WD to get in or out , without risking some panel work.|All in all a great place for adults to stay, with everything you need in a perfect location. |I highly recommend Silkari The Pavilion.

We recently stayed at the Pavilions and absolutely loved the experience.
The girls Shannon (manager), Jenn and Gabby are super friendly and are always ready to do that little bit extra to help make your stay enjoyable. Location could not be better. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable with the balcony looking out over spectacular rainforest.
We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 14 nights and 7 of those were awful due to a construction site backing on to our balcony. The noise from the bobcat, excavator, trucks and the worst noise ever from the roller. It started at 7.00 in the morning and stopped at 4.00. The noise during these times was unbearable and ruined our holiday. So if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday do not stay here. There wasnβt even an offer of a reduced tariff due to the noisy conditions.

Hotel is in a perfect location, in town center , one step to shops and restorants , and close to the beach. I had one bedroom appartment with lot of space, with good kitchen, eating and seating area and nice balcony. Very friendly and helpfull site manager.
