Terrible service by Deanna. Have had her treat me for laser and she has tried to charge me extra $ for services already included in my packages. She makes no effort to make you feel comfortable during the treatment. I have also had her cancel my booking when I arrived to the store saying there is not enough staff and she does not show sympathy nor apologise for the inconvenience. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Go to another clinic!

I have been avoiding going to get laser hair removal, as skin clinics and beauty businesses generally push products on you and tell you that you must have all these extra treatments to achieve what you wanna look like. But to my pleasure Clear Skincare Clinic were nothing like what I have previously experienced at other businesses. The customer service was amazing. i felt very welcome and comfortable. Not to mention the results have been amazing.

My experience was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, not only are you met with gorgeous faces but the girls are just so down to earth, so welcoming and friendly- I felt immediately at ease.
