I’ve been a long term customer for over 2 years & had an appointment booked Friday which I had to cancel with late notice due to the bridge from my house being closed due to a bad accident, I didn’t find out about this until half an hour before my appointment and called right away but was told I would lose the credit I’d already paid for. I understand how late cancellations work however this was totally out of my control I asked to speak to the manager to discus further and was told I was already speaking to her and there was nothing that could be done, very disappointing customer service given the circumstances and considering how much money I’ve already spent with this business
