10/10 experience.i booked online for me and my mum. They welcomed us with friendly smiles. Clean rooms, place smells amazing. I booked a deep tissue massage for 1 hr. It hurt sooooo bad but it was so good. They asked what area I wanted them to focus on, and I told them my shoulders and upper back were really tight. They worked on that area for a long time and constantly asked me if the pressure was too much. They even use hot stones 😍 Very friendly, very accommodating.

I had the best deep tissue massage this afternoon at Sila Massage. Dew, the masseuse, was absolutely amazing hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was kind, professional, and really attentive. She asked if I had any areas I wanted her to focus on to which she did, I asked for her name afterwards because she was that good! The whole staff was lovely and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Deep Tissue with Warm Coconut Oil Massage – 1hr 30mins

Overall, a very good experience at Sila Thai Massage & Spa. My appointment started a little late, but it also ran overtime, which I didn’t mind as I wasn’t in a rush. The massage was firm and thorough—left me feeling relaxed and a little sore in the best possible way. I’ll definitely be back for my next session and would happily recommend it to others.

I’ve had a number of great massages with the team at Sila. Both Dew and Sum have helped me with massage and have been excellent.

Hands-down the best deep tissue/ R&R massages I've had. When I've had serious sports injuries, they've worked on muscular tension like a science. Super-friendly team; always bright and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a very good experience- service was provided by Jum who was very understanding of my needs and provided a good mixture of both remedial and relaxing massage. Jum was extremely friendly and professional and it was relatively easy to get an appointment at a time that suited me.

I will definitely be returning!!
