Yesterday was my second visit to Siam Retreat in North Adelaide. My last experience many months ago with a friend was relaxing and the pressure was satisfying as it was adapted as needed.
However, my husband and I came in for a couples massage today for some relaxing time together. It was more brutal than relaxing. My husband’s masseuse at least spoke to him and asked him if he had any sore spots before commencing (he didn’t before the massage, but does now!) I didn’t even get spoken to before I had the masseuse crawling on me. She put her knee into the back of my bad knee and her pressure was so hard she hurt me and I told her. She still continued to use unnecessary hard force and treated my body like a slab of meat. I have been in pain since. I feel like I need a proper massage to heal my body after that, but now I’m scared to have another massage! This was my husband’s first ‘professional’ massage and he said he would not want another one. We were both left disappointed and sore.
I guess this place is hit and miss, but I’m not game to take a chance on a next time! 🙁

I had a massage today, and it was 100% worth it! The service was exceptional, and the experience was incredibly relaxing. The therapist was professional and attentive, focusing on deep tissue therapy in all the areas that needed care. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!

During the Christmas week good to get massage it special offer and i think this is the time for first experience love it

I have been coming to Siam Retreat for several years now, and I cannot rate them highly enough. Clean, quiet and peaceful, all of the ladies here provide wonderful massages, and then finish off your experience with a lovely pot of tea. Special mention and thanks to the amazing Lily for her care and thorough knowledge of how best to help your individual pains and muscles. Would recommend Siam Retreat to all.
