My family and I have spent a week together in apartment 901 and it has been fantastic. The views off the large wrap around balconies are amazing, the apartment beautifully decorated and the location to the beach, town centre and coastal walk is perfect. There is access to the rooftop from the apartment with 360degree views. The kitchen is so well equiped and we have every comfort including Nespresso coffee machine & wi fi, very comfortable beds with TV in each. The owner, Ann has been lovely to deal with making sure everything is as it should be making our stay just perfect.Highly recommended.

Craig and Kylie clearly care that their guests have a wonderful time. The small touches ensured that the house was set up for a never to be forgotten family holiday. The outstanding interior is only matched by the wonderful view to one mile beach. I waited up one morning to watch the beautiful sunrise from the deck over the canopy. This is a place I cannot wait to return to and I am certain any family would have an an amazing time here. A house designed specifically for families to have the best beach holiday ever.|Once visited , never forgotten. Till the next time........

We booked this through Stayz and had contact with the owner many times. She made the experience wonderful. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the views magnificent and the king size bed was perfect after a day of fishing!! It was also nice having a pool at the plex as I didn't want to get back into salt water after being in and on the water all day.

Booked Ocean View Penthouse Apartment 902 (1 bedroom) direct through the owner Ann, who couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to our stay.||||Once we arrived we found it perfect for our holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the whole apartment tastefully decorated with lovely views down Pepply Beach and some views of Forster Main Beach. Nice large TV in the lounge room made our evenings more enjoyable.

the apartment was lovely. it was on the 7th floor and had amazing views and sea breezes. The real estate we booked through was far from helpful. There was no linen provided and this was not advertised. We arrived at 11.30pm after a 10 hour trip. Finding there was no linen at all was disappointing.||There were many issues with the real estate office in Forster. So wouldn't book through them. The apartment was a 3 bedroom which was spacious and had everything we needed. There were lots of keys which took a bit of getting used to and they didn't work first go every time. The lift was out for 24 hours. So many jogs up the stairs. 7 flights was a good work out with our luggage..

We booked and paid our deposit to stay in the penthouse apartment 901 in April 2015,twelve months in advance off our daughters wedding . We thought we would get in early knowing Forster is very busy at Easter and our daughters wedding was Easter Saturday . We paid for 3 nights accomodation and some off our family members from Broome in WA were to stay in the apartment with us . |The bride was using the apartment on the day for her and her bridesmaids to prepare for her big day . The beautician was booked to come to the apartment as was her hair dresser . We actually live half an hour from Forster and we booked this apartment as a gift to our daughter and our visiting family members . Everything was booked , we were organised and paid our deposit on this very expensive apartment . |Well that's what we thought , then we got an email off Ann , the owner off this apartment ,6 weeks before our daughters big day , telling us we can't have the apartment that she is getting some renovations done to it over Easter !! |We automatically smelt a rat , knowing you don't do reno's over one off your busiest holiday periods . When we contacted Ann and told her it was booked for our daughters wedding and we had booked and paid our deposit 12 months earlier , her reply was "not my problem" !!!?|Well thanx very much Ann , you are a real classy person , this has really put a massive downer on our wedding plans , and I hope your reno's go well and the people who you booked to stay in the apartment for the 4 nights over Easter , yes Ann we know the truth , Steve is a friend off ours and you told him he could book the apartment , and yes on the days you gave us the renos were taking place !!|So there is the truth about our non stay in penthouse apartment 901 , I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy , and thanx for transferring our deposit 3 weeks after cancelling our booking . You are all class Ann !!?

Neighbours in the same complex can be very noisy and rude, this being at all times of the early morning. The lane way which Shores backs onto is quite noisy as well from other apartments. Location is lovely though.
