Good location, and a large layout. However the apartments are quite old now with a distinctive old carpet smell. Units inside if not maintained well are ailing. If you are on a budget then this maybe the place. If you are conscious of quality look elsewhere.

Utterly riddled with cockroaches, big holes in the doors allowing anyone access without a key, and the building manager claimed the building isn't governed by Australian law but his law after assaulting me.

Lived in this place for 20 years and apart from the inconsiderate noisey residents and cockroaches it’s not a bad place. The building management have improved this building greatly
