After staying here a number of times over the last 10 years I can confirm what others are saying. The Shiralee with Nick at the helm is the best it has ever been. Everything is clean and well maintained and it is apparent immediately. We enjoyed the comfort and care. Well done to you Nick and best wishes. Rhonda

This motel in general is very well maintained & is very clean, tidy & comfortable. Furnishings were great & the bed & pillows were very comfy. Nick (our host) is probably one of the most genuinly friendly blokes we've ever met & went above & beyond to accommodate us. We are bike riders & when we arrived we'd just ridden through a storm & were ringing wet. Nick insisted on washing & drying our clothes & delivered them back to our room & all free of charge. He was also very generous in gifting us some items to take further on the trike with us. He is an absolute gentleman & we can't recommend Nick & his motel highly enough. This bloke has gone a long way to restoring our faith in mankind. He is an absolute champion & we'll certainly stay there again when opportunity arises. Thanks again mate for the experience. 😃

Great little motor court style motel. Recent had two nights there visiting a mate in Guyra. Rooms are nice and bed was comfy. Host/mgr was super friendly and very helpful. It’s well located on the main rd but I heard no rd noise in rm 6. Easy walk over to the Main Street shops, pub and bowls club. I was on a bike and there were a few bikes there night one and we all agreed it was a great little country motel. Other guests were friendly travellers too. Will stay again.

What an amazing place to stay, the amenities, cleanliness and location were the factors I took in mind when booking this motel.
On arrival I was saturated from the rain, luckily Nick came to my rescue, took all my wet clothes and washed and dried them. His customer service and willingness to help is well above and beyond. On arrival I automatically thought he was the owner of the motel, when he advised he was the manager I was mote impressive knowing that in this day and age an employee could be so dedicated and professional in his job.
Safety and security were paramount from Nick and at no stage did I feel my motorcycle was unsafe.
I will definately be back and I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for accommodation while in Guyra.

Cooked a beautiful meal of Salmon plus dessert for free!! Very well kept premises and rooms.

Nick goes out of his way every time I come here, great friendly personal service. I stay here twice a week and get the same room, always spotless, well presented and very comfortable. Nick has been an amazing addition to the Shiralee Motel since arriving here, always great to see him & stay here! Would recommend Shiralee Motel Guyra to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful rest on your journey!

I travel from WA regularly for work, visiting the local nursing home. I can not rate Shiralee and Nick highly enough. It is my fave place to stay. Quaint, welcoming and friendly. Nick goes over and beyond with Customer Service, nothing is too much trouble for him. It's not the Ritz, but Ritz style service, to me that's what counts. The rooms are spotless, and comfy beds and long pillows to snuggle in to. I enjoy writing reports out the front, looking over the garden. The sweetest smelling Roses. You can walk across the road to The Royal, excellent affordable meals. Ticks all the boxes. 10 outta 10. Ps for the women, I feel safe here travelling alone and the bathroom products are Orana, essential oils, divine...

Nick went out of his way to help us & to make us feel welcome, he was both welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our unplanned stopover. I can certainly recommend staying there.

Nick, you and your staff should be very proud of the service you provide. What a great motel in a great little town.
