Came in for a refill and noticed that when she was taking the colour off she didn’t file off the acrylic that’s been lifting, I didn’t say anything cause i thought maybe she just wasnt finish, she then proceeded to refill it with acrylic without taking the the stuff thats lifted. Also, while she was finishing off my nails she kept drilling my skin. Unprofessional and it looked like staff aren’t actually trained properly.

Absolutely delightful staff. Not until I left did I notice the acrylic didn’t go all the way to the base of the nail on a couple of fingers but I can’t speak highly enough of the staff.

Second time I've been utterly disappointed here. They are overfull and rushed. When I asked for a different shape I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. No care taken when taking off the acrylic - peeled off the top layer of my nails, even when asked if we can soak it off. Product and service quality is poor. Some of the girls are lovely and good, but really depends who you get.

Not a great experience. Was quite chaotic and they’d forgotten that I’d asked for a manicure as well so only started that once my pedicure was finished. The technicians weren’t particularly thorough and I had to ask them to make the nails even length. In the end, I had just a basic pedicure and a shape and file (no polish) as I ran out of time and my daughter had file and polish off and it was AUD $70….. way overpriced for the service and experience. Apparently they don’t have a price list?! Would find another place next time.

My daughter & I had our nails done there on Saturday. My daughter got shellac, the next day every shellac had peeled off. Please don’t waste your money here.

WORST experience and service I have ever had in my life. Force you to make appointments for there to be NO SPACE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Forced to wait 15 plus minutes past appointment time with NO updates. Disgusting service do not waste your money there as they are money hungry greedy and rude and provide no customer service at all.

Terrible place terrible people they are rough with their customers short tempered and horrible attitudes, with results like this it’s a wonder they are still in business, you’re better off having the 3 blind mince do your nails, that way you might even get a smile.
