Such an eventful place on the corner there of William Street and New South Head Road. It's a place owned and operated by Woollahra Municipal Council, by all accounts. A newly made shared pedestrian and cycle path in cement begins (or ends) here, at the corner. As a shared path, pedestrians need to keep their wits about them as there is no demarcation to place cyclists in one part of the path, nor the permitted speed stated. Not spotted on the signs, either. In the end, it's a further capture of pedestrian space with faster wheeled traffic.
