Location was handy for what I was after
Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing late check out.
The room though:
Dead bugs everywhere
Pretty sure there was a missing couch? Huge space where I felt one should have been
Room was quite out dated and dark

Location was nice. Check in was easy. Little bit disappointed that staying two nights your room won’t get made up for the second night. It went downhill from there. I think if you turned a blue light on you would see the whole room light up from the moon the chairs and the lounges were filthy The shower head would not stay up. The bed had been laid on and just pulled up. Needed to put towels down just to sit on the lounge, Will never stay here again.

Booked a stay for 2 nights but left after 1 night. The room absolutely reeked like cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. The smell of cigarettes was so over bearing it gave me a migraine. There were German cockroaches in the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was very good and the one bright spot from our stay. Staff were also very friendly.

Nice clean and quiet place to stay for a few days, rooms were reasonable, decent size bathroom, outdoor BBQ was really handy

Zero customer service due to change of arrangement . No flexibility. Rude. No refund . Waste of time and money . Didn’t respond to emails. Didn’t respond. Customer service non existent . Wasn’t impressed. Will review on many review sites and ensure others don’t use

So outdated and extremely noisy with a busy road out front. This place hasnt had a facelift since it was built! Dont stay here if you have trouble sleeping as its sooo noisy with road noise. Bathroom is stuck in the 70s and I am|Not sure how they get away with calling it a resort…… yes maybe in the 70s it was but not in 2023!||Sound proofing and replacing front windows and doors with insulated windows would|Great reduce sound. ||Reception guy was extremely nice and accommodating, inside has seen a coat of paint which brightens it up but the bed is firm and uncomfortable

Make sure you search the name of this resort on Google Map ... becoz the GPS will guide you to the wrong place if you search by it's address.
The Front Desk is not very helpful when I called her for direction after I was lost.
It's restaurant is closed for renovation & this resort is sitting on nowhere near anything within walking distance.
Again the Front Desk is not very helpful making recommendation re where to eat.
It's swimming pool is located between the highway & the resort ... which is an odd place to be becoz it is not quiet neither private. Quite discouraging.
The room is good sized & clean nonetheless "not new". Got more TV channels than the usual which is nice.
They always left the window towards the highway opened. So if you're bother by the noise, go check your windows & close them. If you prefer fresh air than A/C you can keep the bathroom's window open instead. Works well for me.
There's no extra blanket in the room. So if you're feeling cold, the only thing that could save you is the A/C.
Whether I would stay here again next time I'm in town ?
... may be.
After all it is NOT the best nor the worst place I've been to at similar price range in the neighborhood.
