Unprofessional 100% this time, not respecting the time of clients.
Not knowing who has appointments, not checked their calendar.working on some random people without having courtesy for an appointment waiting...and unnecessarily loud and continuously chatting to other customers they know and each other. Yes , was totally an irritating experience...

This place was horrible. Was very painful and told the lady to make them as same as possible but somehow they end on two different ends of the planet. She left hairs on my eyelid like they were supposed to grow there and the whole time I was contemplating my existence. I cried walking out of brookside 😭😭
