Had an eyelash lift and tint on the 19th February 2025 ( 4 weeks ago tomorrow) and am still waiting for my refund. Eyelashes are now going in all different directions, some are lifts, others are super curled over, some face downwards and actually poke into my eyes when I blink. I’ve had an excessive amount of eyelashes fall out as well. Should have never paid, however I didn’t have my glasses when I got them done, so when I looked initially I thought they were okay. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised how bad they were. I’ve tried calling the salon to no avail- so I went in two days later where the salon assistant (not the one who did my lashes) said her manager would process the refund asap. Went back a week later as I still didn’t have my refund, and the same lady was there who again reassured me they would process it as soon as the manager came in. Haven’t been able to get back in due to work/cyclone. Was happy to wait as the salon assistants even the one who did my lashes, were super nice, but I’ve waited too long now.

I have been here 3 times. The first 2 times I had an eyelash perm and eyelash tint. She did a great job & the price is very good compared to other salons. Today, I walked in and the lovely lady was so friendly & accommodating. She threaded/tinted my eyebrows & tinted my eyelashes. Excellent service at great price. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Shehnaz beauty enough! Everytime I go their staff are phenomenal in service and quality, they are so polite, kind & caring and the little massage after threading is amazing! I also have had waxing done & Deep was phenomenal the price is amazing for the effort they give and how much attention to detail they have. 👌🏽✨

I have been here 3x already but unfortunately forgot to get the name of the girls. Have been very good service on both ocassions and just now went back and Deep attended to me. She was polite, courteous and very gentle with the waxing service. I’m glad finally have a consistently great service for waxing! Thanks so much

I visited for the first time to get my eyebrows done, I was skeptical since it was my first time here but Deep did my eyebrows and she was so attentive and got my eyebrows in perfect shape! She ensured I was happy with the results.

Had a full leg wax and Eyebrows done with the lovely ladies at Shehnaz beauty plus salon and was very impressed. Great service, fantastic job and excellent pricing compared to other salons Always a great job. And get compliments on my eye brows every time.
