Who would’ve thought that such an amazing venue would be nestled in the back of Burpengary! From the moment we went for our first walk through back in March 2023, we knew it was our venue. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience, a big shout out to the incredible team led by Kerri and Dave. From the very beginning, Kerri was amazing, making sure every detail was flawless and ensuring that the lead-up to our wedding was smooth and free of any stress.
We held our ceremony on the jetty, with the horses grazing in the background, much to the delight of our guests! The horses provided lovely company for everyone while they waited for me (the bride), as I was fashionably late. Our reception was held indoors, and I have to say, our vision was brought to life perfectly. It was everything we had dreamed of, with the colours, layout, and table decorations all coming together flawlessly.
Dave was definitely the one who kept everyone calm and collected throughout the day. His sense of humour was a breath of fresh air, always knowing just the right thing to say to lighten the mood. His presence added a fun and relaxed vibe to the whole experience.
We can’t recommend Sharla Park Country Weddings highly enough. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and gave us more than we could have ever imagined!

Sharla Park is a little slice of paradise hidden in the back of Burpengary! I cannot fault Kerri, Dave and their team - the lead-up to our wedding was seamless and stress free.

Kerri's attention to detail is flawless and our reception tables looked beautiful! Dave also provided helpful advice for our drinks quantity's and he was spot on!

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was the one. Kerri and Dave are amazing—so organized, responsive, and truly made our day perfect. Kerri designed our arbour flowers and table centrepieces, which were absolutely stunning.

The venue itself is breathtaking. Our ceremony on the jetty, with the lake and horses in the background was so magical. The reception marquee, with festoon lighting and the beautiful gum trees around, set the perfect mood for the evening. We had so many amazing spots onsite for photos, including a rustic tractor and the charming wooden barn.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more perfect day. I can’t recommend this venue highly enough.
