So far I have had a facial with Ping and 2 massages with Bronson, all of which I am extremely satisfied with. Staff know their crafts very well and are very pleasant to deal with. Premises are clean and tidy and I have no reservation in recommending Shangri-la (and Ping and Bronson) to anyone, particularly if you live/work in Oxenford area. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

The door states that there is private health fund rebate, yet when I asked in store the lady said no there isn’t. Also when we booked the lady did not mention anything about not being cash only. I ended up walking out. Wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing massage! I will be back. Professional and attentive, ensuring constantly if rhe pressure was right. If you want deep tissue, it's an extra $10, but we'll worth it, do yourself a favour and visit Shangrila Beauty and Massage

I had an excruciating pinched nerve/ back pain from work as hairdresser- an hour massage with Bronson and my back honestly felt brand new. The time and care taken to address my issues and find and treat the source of the pain was exceptional. The professionalism and personal service of the whole Shangrila studio staff is something to be experienced and I cannot highly recommend anyone better for your therapy needs ! On ya guys! Ill be back next week! 👌
