I've been coming to Shanga for years to see Katy for all of my beauty treatments and my experiences have never been less than amazing. I recently had my formal hair and makeup done, which Katy absolutely killed and I received so many compliments all night on. I regularly get my brows waxed here too, which is an appointment I always look forward to.
Jo and the rest of the team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn't dream of going to another spa.

As a long-time client, I can say with confidence that Shanga is the best day spa in the Sutherland Shire. Many of my family and friends have also visited Shanga for skincare treatments and loved the experience. Their expertise and level of professionalism are second to none. I've noticed a visible difference in the health of my skin as a result of their skincare treatments, skincare and makeup products, and consultations/advice. Joanne squeezed in an appointment for me at the last second to deliver a lymphatic drainage massage the day after I got out of hospital. She was amazing at the massage itself, made accomodations given that I couldn't lie down post-surgery, and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Katy did my makeup for my 18th, I can tell you it honestly lasted the night. Katy's flexibility to fill me in, great customer service, depth of knowledge abt application n product and level of artistry is insane. She did an intense purple cut crease and full glam contour, highlight etc. but she blended it in so well that it didn't feel cakey at all (for people who don't like a cake face) I was so surprised and so content with the results. I highly recommend, especially if you have formal coming up or any events. This is not sponsored I swear, just a happy customer 🙂

As an employee of Shanga I can wholeheartedly say how amazing the product is. It has turned my skin around. I have never experienced such a results driven range of skincare. The best spa experience by far. The facials are always personalised for my skin and the products feel beautiful on the skin.

On my 2nd visit i also had an eye brow shape and wax at the new 'brow bar'. A pain free experience and a great shaping

Have been looking for a hairdresser for 18 months as I moved to the shire without knowing the area, and third time is the charm. Tyler listed to my concern about my hair, and what my aim is. Whilst this appointment was a wash, trim, & cut, but this is the first time since I’ve arrived in the area I fill like I’ve found the right person to help me and who communicated with me without making me fill like I had to do it right then and there.
