Comfortable, quiet and clean. Lovely pool area. We both had a peaceful sleep. Very nice and helpful hosts. We have booked this place for our return trip.

Whilst the rooms are a little dated (no USB sockets ☹️ the new owners are working hard to bring them into the 21st century!!) that is the only negative I can say about this lovely little motel in Mackay. The owners are super friendly and helpful from the start making checking in quick and easy. We had a spacious and comfortable room with a well fitted kitchenette and bathroom (AWESOME water pressure in the shower!!). The sleep we had on their beds and pillows was great. The price was unbelievably good, and the place has a beautiful pool, too. We're staying again on our way back north next winter!!

The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient with eateries, groceries and shopping mall near by.
Some facilities in the room are a bit dated such as kettle, toaster and water shower.
Also saw some tiny ants on the table in bed room and toilet.

Motel looks very clean outside, tidy garden, seems like a good job have been done. Swimming pool looks crystal clear and looks looked well after. Very clean room. Fabulous everyday room service. Friendly, helpful managers who upgraded us to ground floor as we couldn't go upstairs. We are very happy. Thank you for your kindness and hard job. Will stay again.

Staff are so friendly and clearly care a lot about their guests- they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Rooms were a bit dated but clean, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable.
Pool was fantastic- very needed in this weather.
We will definitely stay here again in the future- highly recommended.

I stayed for work and I had to check in after hours. I was also unsure of my length of stay. So much so, that I had to re-check in the same day that I checked out.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating with all my uncertainties. The rooms were very nice and clean.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

We could not recommend this place enough. The service was outstanding. The pool was lovely. They could not do enough for us. Location was perfect. If we come back to Australia this is the first place we will be staying. Caring and compassionate, thank you for everything!

Hi this motel was a little old looking an same for the rooms but was clean and friendly service||They had a little basket you take to your room with breakfast cereal an toast an poppa for the kids. ||It's a little walk but not to long to the local I think it was iga, or dinner shop. I think they have a Reasteraunt but we didn't try it out. They are also on the back to Bowls club so can walk through the back gate to bowls club for a drink.||Beds were not bad, shower room was huge had a laundry tub an small bath plenty of space for kids etc to get changed. ||Parking is good.
