I was very disappointed to receive a massage yesterday which felt like the masseuse had rubbed me down with an oil that had an unpleasant odour. The massage itself felt like someone was rubbing me down with cooking oil. And at no stage did I feel I was enjoying any of it. I was not offered a glass of water after the massage which many beauty salons do and her words were "you are done". The massage lasted 38 minutes which was suppose to be 1 hour. Apparently the clock was wrong. I left the salon feeling greasy and my hands were still oily as she had not wiped them down with a hot towel.

I always feel like I am treated like royalty at this salon. I had my eyebrows waxed and the care as well as attention to detail was tremendous. I have been to several places and have never found the same quality, caring attention anywhere. Thank you.

Exceptional treatments and a wonderful pedicure was experienced - I walked away relaxed and my toes look very pretty - the ladies are just lovely and I would recommend Shades for all your Body Beauty requirements
