Staff very disinterested and told me nothing about where and what was available in Forster.
They advertise they are the best place to stay in Forster I would disagree. I have been travelling and staying in apartments for the past 4 weeks and never had to adhere to ridiculous rules.
If you don’t take your garbage out it’s a $100.00 fine. $2.00 to hire a towel. Air conditioning must be at 22-24 degrees and if they break down you are responsible for the repair. Shampoo, soap etc all 50 cents. Would not recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway, very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed to feel very comfortable and that included the beds which is a huge tick in our book. The apartment was beautifully styled and positioned, we had views of beautiful Forster Beach, as well as Wallis Lake with an excellent size decking area where we could sit, relax and eat at. Kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of storage, including built ins in every room. The main bathroom was big which included a full size bath and the ensuite bathroom was excellent as well. Would definitely stay again at Sevan Apartments when visiting Forster. Staff were excellent. The whole process for us was flawless. A very easy walk to local shops and cafes. Underground security parking.

The beds were comfy and well made. The room was very spacious and had 2 huge balconies. It was a lot of fun staying here. If I ever visit forster again I'll stay here again.

Amazing apartment and very close to everything. Love the lounge area on the ground floor with selection of books to borrow and refreshments you can purchase. Would recommend staying here.

Great location with the lake, beach, and dining just a short walk away. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had a view of the lake and ocean, and it was amazing.
For bird lovers: there is a large bird (possibly an Osprey) with a nest on a communication tower nearby. We could see it and what looks like a baby from our room. Take your binoculars!
The only negative is that there are a lot of threatening notes everywhere: Don't talk on the balcony after 10pm or you will be immediately evicted and charged a call out fee. Remove your rubbish and run the dishwasher before you check out or you will be charged a fee. Don't run the AC below 22 degrees or it will break and you will be charged a fee. I understand the rules may be necessary, but the threats make you feel less welcome.
This is a minor issue though and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at the Sevan Apartments. Definitely pay a bit extra and get the rooms over the ocean. Such a convenient location. We walked to all the restaurants on the lake and the beach is literally across the road. We loved our stay. Everything is clean, the staff are really lovely and helpful and there is a great little collection of books downstairs near reception which is perfect when you’re on your way to the pool!! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Everything you need is there for a great holiday. Especially loved the big balconies. We will definitely come back for another stay.
