I recently convened a conference held at Serenity. I can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay. The conference facilities were great. Our caterer really let us down during the event and thanks to Luke, the Manager of the venue, we were able to overcome the obstacles and manage to have a successful event. If it wasn't for Luke's assistance, it would have been a disaster. Other delegates at the conference told me they were happy with the accommodation. Great location. Definitely recommend the venue as a conference location.

We had the best long weekend away as a couple joining friends and families for a 40th celebration. We could not have asked for a better venue or experience! Everyone was catered for from singles to families of 7. Luke the manager was easy going and helpful, the amenities were ideal and well equipped, cabins all very clean and pool / playground perfect for the kids. Thank you for allowing us to host a musician and gazebos in a tucked away space making it a wonderful relaxed weekend. Would absolutely stay again 10/10!

We have stayed here several times over the past few years. The location is great if you want something out of the hustle and bustle of Forster/ Tuncurry but still easily within driving distance and a great spot for beach fishing however as some others have recently pointed out, some of the rooms are in need of some upgrading. We recently stayed in Beach House N7. Our beds were so hard that sleep was only possible on the second night due to exhaustion after not getting a wink on the first night. Little things like no ice tray in the freezer ( we used cups ) blinds damaged or missing and to top it off the gas bottle for the BBQ ran out after 1 use while we were trying to cook dinner...
Unfortunately overall it was pretty unimpressive

We had a wonderful family time away! Serenity staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house. Everything was well laid out and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great! We loved the easy access to the beach and the grounds were beautiful. We definitely will be back.

Really nice place to stay. The cabins are clean roomy and we'll equipped. The resort itself is well spaced and the pools great places to chill out in.

The staff are the stars of the show.. helpful, playful and incredibly good at their job. They take a lot of pride in guest satisfaction and make the stay amazing.

Diamond Beach is quiet and relaxing, worth a visit again and again.

An excellent peaceful location mid week. We had the three bedroom beach house overlooking the pool. It was clean, comfortable & very relaxing with plenty of space for 5 people. We would like to return sometime in the future. The only fault was the steps to the front door needed a rail & the steps inside also need a rail as they were quite steep. We managed to work around the front steps by using the downstairs bedrooms door to the patio for getting luggage to the car. Also it was advertised you could get coffee near reception but the lovely receptionist explained that it had new owners who were working on getting someone in for the bar area, so no problem under the circumstances . Would have loved to stay longer.
