The best pedicure I have ever had. My feet feel so amazing and soft. From the time I walked in to the time I left the ladies were amazing. So professional and such wonderful beautiful ladies. I got the Winter special the "CRANBERRY" pedicure. From start to finish it was pure bliss and relaxation the entire time. I highly recommend and will not go anywhere else again. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

I had a second visit to Serene Retreat & Social Spa today as my first experience was amazing. Tina was very mindful whilst removing and filing down the previous nail colour gel, it is evident she loves her work! I have found at other salons, more than necessary nail layers are removed during the filing down process of the old colour/ gel leaving my nails sore, thin and brittle.
My nails are strong and in excellent condition from my two visits with Tina ( this has never happened before !) The service is not rushed, the salon environment is relaxing and the staff are all lovely and accommodating. Thank you for another wonderful experience 🙂

What a hidden gem! As soon as you walk in, calm washes over you. It smells nice, looks nice, feels nice. The ambience they’ve created is beautiful. Customer service is exceptional. Loved the added touches of the blankets, tea, lemon water, cookies. We truly felt spoilt. The staff Angie, Tina, Kim and Vanie went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed, pampered and comfortable. We had a facial, pedicure, eye brow wax and tint and nails done and loved it all. We will be coming back regularly. The name actually matches the experience provided. Thank you so much.

Wow what an experience, from the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed by the most beautiful professional women & man.It looks beautiful and smells beautiful, you feel so calm just being inside.

From the moment I stepped into the spa until the moment I left it was tranquil and so relaxing, the staff were absolutely amazing , so friendly and attentive. This package was a gift for Mothers Day , how ever I have just found my new spa. One I will in future share with my daughters and daughters in law . I highly recommend
