Lovely service today. My sister in law was getting a refresh done on her nails and I decided to come along, they accepted an extra person with no fuss and were very polite.
The salon was so christmasy and cute. I’ve also been to salons before that have hurt my hands but both ladies were so gentle with me! Always checking in about what I wanted & how it looked. Everyone has been complimenting my nails saying they look elegant and are the best set they’ve seen me have, as I’ve only had my nails done 3 other times by other salons 🙂 I believe Aley was my artist and was so sweet! Thank you for the lovely experience 🙂

I’m not usually one to complain, but I am someone that always uses reviews so thought it was important to share as they have a high star review on google. Second time I’ve been here, first time, shellac nail paint I got ran down to my cuticles and looked so built up and middle nail was crooked (I didn’t notice till after so I’ll take that one on as my own fault for not noticing). Thought I’d give them another go, as they do have a very large range of colours and types of polish. I choose a very clear, light “cat eye” polish, but it was NOTHING like the example nails, not even slightly off, just a complete different colour. It seemed like a rushed job, and I had acrylic stuck to the sides of multiple fingers, that I had to ask to be removed a few times. There was also too many layers of acrylic which made them look very thick. Underneath the nails were horrible with extra acrylic as well (picture is even after I had mentioned it politely). I had also mentioned twice that my pointer finger was crooked and just had to settle and say okay when she tried to fix it twice (the tip itself was glued on crooked). The pain itself was also done under the nail on some fingers. In all an awful experience, as I felt annoying trying to ask for any corrections being fixed. I went somewhere else to get them redone, and the nail artist at the new place pointed out all the issues I had mentioned when getting them done at Senorita Nail and Spa Willows.

Went in for a pedi yesterday - became busy. Instead of having people come back later - I had four different people swap in and out. Took over an hour and results were amateur at best. Last older lady did 2O secs with hot stones and slapped on the gel polish with zero care. Little toe nail polish already off - other toes wonky. Charged $56 for something my ten year old could do.

Excellent quality service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Had acrylics with cat’s eye gel polish which was beautiful.

Went it last weekend and got my nails done. Same day the polish came off. I went back in and asked them if the could re do it later in the week to which they agreed. I went back in today and asked for the polished to be fixed , they responded that I needed to get them completely re done and they were going to charge me full price. I disagreed and stated I only wanted the polished fix to which they continued to say I needed a new full set at full price. I ended up leaving because of how rude they were. Would not recommend
Went to another salon who showed me the very poor quality under the polished, just be aware of this salon.

Salon looks amazing and very pretty. Lots of colour options to choose from.
I have been approximately 6-7times. I was satisfied with my first couple of visits but,
I will not go back again.
Nails do not last long at all.. I get my nails done every two weeks.. these were coming off and chipping within 5 days. each time I came back in the service depreciated.
About 3 times out of my visits I have come out with bleeding cuticles from the filer coming too close.
The technique for applying acrylic is questionable and I do wonder of their experience.
I was not paying attention and the lady cut 2 of my nails off without asking then tried to charge me to stick fake ones on when I already had growth on my natural nails.. I feel bad to say this review and I NEVER do reviews.
but, I was very unsatisfied with this service and low key felt taken for granted. I hope this helps others in the future.

Definitely NOT happy with this salon or their customer service.
Will never go back here again.

My go to nail salon definitely let me down today. Went in to get acrylics and got cut twice on the same finger which caused bleeding. First lady was extremely rough and unprofessional, letting gel run of my fingers and using her nails to push into my skin. The second lady cut me using a nail file whiles shaping. Didn’t get offered a discount either.

💯 the best nail salon. Cam and her team are amazing.

I can honestly say I had one experience where I was not happy with my nails but I went back and spoke to Cam. She asked me to come back so she could fix my nails. I went back the next day and she did.

I have now been going back every 3 weeks and have always been happy with every set.
