Very bad service. The management was extremely chaotic. The cake that was supposed to arrive before 5 p.m. didn't show up until nearly 6 p.m. Then, the birthday sign was in another vehicle, and we had to keep waiting…

Here comes the follow-up. This is way too fast：There was actually a curly hair under the cherry in the middle. It's so disgusting.

I really love this place! The staff are friendly, and I usually order a matcha latte or a latte—they’re absolutely delicious Plus, it stays open late, so I often come here alone to read at night 🥰🥰

Depends on the barista or the staff, sometimes can be nice great coffee or iced chocolate but sometimes it doesn’t taste nice at all! But as local boxhill, not many choice for great coffee n dessert places so this can do! The good thing is it opens late!!

A cozy Cafe with luxurious chocolates & cakes. The Matcha Latte here is one of the best, paired with a beautifully decorated Asian inspired Matcha cake is the perfect afternoon treat. Coffee is always good here too.

The coffee is rich and flavorful, clearly made from freshly roasted beans—every sip is a delight! I highly recommend their pour-over coffee and passion fruit mango they’re simply unforgettable. The staff is friendly Highly recommend it to all coffee lovers

Nice cafe with good varieties of desserts. Love the fact that they have so many options for sweets and cakes. It was such a hot day, hence decided to go for an ice latte and it was amazing. Service was nice and quick. Price reasonable. Coffee beans were quite nice but would have been nicer if it was stronger.

Would definitely recommend trying.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location, despite giving it multiple chances. The staff are consistently slow to take orders- even when the store isn’t busy. In the mornings, when time is tight and I’m just trying to grab a coffee before catching my train, it’s frustrating to be left waiting while staff continue doing other tasks instead of acknowledging customers.

Today was particularly disappointing. I asked to customise my coffee, and the girl with glasses smirked right after I placed my order, as if she was judging me for requesting something different. Then, as she and another staff member prepared my drink, they continued talking and laughing - clearly about my order. It felt mocking and completely unprofessional. When I walked closer, visibly upset, they went silent immediately, which only confirmed my suspicion.

This kind of behaviour is incredibly disrespectful. Your prices are higher than many other coffee spots, and customers choose you expecting quality service and drinks. And today’s experience left a really bad impression.
